Tool Wall is CNC Tool Storage that expands into a full CNC Mill Job Setup Suite including CNC tool transfer and consumable inventory control. Tool Wall stores up to 320ea. 40 taper tools or 120ea. 50 taper tools. Or 160 ea. 40 taper on one side and 60ea. 50 taper tools on the other side. The software is divided in two sections. “Tool Wall Data” includes tool consumable management, tool transfer and tool management. “SAM” standing for Synchronized Automation Management.
